Summer is a wonderful season in Mississippi because the cicadas sing you to sleep at night, the willow trees sparkle with drops of moisture stolen from the air and legions of dragonflies perform aerial ballets above the roof tops. I love summer because its: -the time i get to soak up the sun -the time i get to vist distant family -the time i get to travel -the time i get to truly have fun Summer is the BEST Summer is great because I celebrate my birthday over the summer by heading to the county fair for a great concert. I also love that I get to watch baseball everyday! Why summer? Cos summer's the time to have fun in the sun! Wheee!! For me, summer is the sound of a summer storm and that faint after-rain scent.
